Reliance Jio restricting Incoming/ Outgoing Calls to 30 Minutes
Reliance Jio is the present trending telecom service that is giving a shock to all the other networks in India. It offered unbelievable offers with low price tag for its subscribers. Reliance has announced the preview offer for free calls, free SMS and also 90 days unlimited 4G Data to its clients. Now, few of the Reliance Jio clients were complaining that Reliance Jio Outgoing / Incoming Calls are restricting to 30 minutes. Reliance Jio’s Trouble in Incoming / Outgoing Calls
Recently the BGR has reported that many of the clients have complained about the Reliance Jio Free Calling. That is, the Reliance Jio Outgoing / Incoming Calls were restricted to 30 minutes. Also, the problem of Call drops is more in Reliance Jio compared to the other networks.
The Internet speed errors in Reliance Jio Welcome Offer occur most often to clients. One of the user of Reliance Jio has reported that the 4GB Internet speed has suddenly collapsed to 128KBPS. Likewise, many of the Internet speed regarding complaints were also claiming on Reliance Jio.
And the other blog, Maktechblog has reported that, the blog puts a test by making a call from Reliance Jio to Idea mobile and the other way around and saw that the call was cut soon after the length of 30 Minutes. They as well shared a screenshot to give some more illuminations. Most of the clients also guaranteed that their approaching or active voice calls are being cut at the precisely 30-minute time limit.
Reliance Jio didn’t say anything about the 30 Minute call cut issue. However, Reliance Jio has not mentioned anything regarding this limiting of calls to 30 min. So, proper step should be taken by the Jio to resolve this issue.
