I was out of town for the past few days and have had no internet access, so I apologize for the lack of posts. Here are a couple of decent videos that I found on YouTube while I was trying to put together a presentation on ancient temples for my ward’s Relief Society (I was invited, okay?). I ended up using them because they do a pretty good job of presenting both the set up and some of the rituals that were likely featured at the temple.
“Temple Animation” House of Jehovah — animation of Solomon’s Temple (Please ignore the somewhat corny nature of the film and the fact that the spire or front facade of the temple is comically high)
“Temple of God” — Dedication of Solomon’s Temple
“Jerusalem Temple 3D Model” — Herod’s Temple in Jerusalem

Hey David. Thanks for these neat videos. I’m thinking about incorporating one of them into my Sunday School lesson once we get there (a small class of teenagers).
