Welcome to Heavenly Ascents’ New Location!

Welcome to the new (I know it looks just like the old) Heavenly Ascents blog. If you are reading this, then you have found us! You will have noticed that this blog is no longer hosted by wordpress.com at the address davidjlarsen.wordpress.com. We are now hosted independently with the domain name www.heavenlyascents.com.

You will notice that all the same material (hopefully) is here, but with the site being hosted independently, there will be more freedom to do some other neat things with the site, which you should see as time goes on. Again, I thank Bryce Haymond (from www.templestudy.com) and his brother Brad for helping to transfer the blog and domain name to Brad’s server. I couldn’t have done this without their help and expertise.

As far as content goes, I will continue to post for you what I am learning in my theology classes as I continue to pursue my MA (and hopefully PhD) in the Department of Theology at Marquette University. I will also post, as time allows, other materials that I come across that I find especially interesting.
